  • A completed referral form.
  • Full medical history.

On receiving this information we will write to the client within 14 days and inform them of what the process is, how we can help and request more in depth information on the nature of the problems they are experiencing.

Due to COVID-19, we have had to change our services. We now offer a diagnostic consultation package, which for dogs includes; a two hour remote consultation, a one hour face-to-face consultation (at our centre in Chester, if restrictions allow), 3 months telephone and email support and a written behavioural report. We also offer follow up consultations which can be held at our centre in Chester or remotely.

For cats includes; a two hour remote consultation, a one hour face-to-face consultation at your home (when restrictions are lifted), 3 months telephone and email support and a written behavioural report. Follow up calls will be scheduled as part of the 3 months telephone and email support.
